ETHICS AND THEIR EFFECTIVE IMPORTANCE
Ethics are best described as systematic moral principles that
generally define what is good for individuals and for the society. It is well
known as moral principles. They will affect how people make their decisions and
how it leads to their lives. It is also concerned about how well for
individuals and society. Every organization will undergo ethical strategies. In
order to be in the successful in the globalization world, every firm must
overcome ethical issues within the organization. Okay, before heading towards
the debate let us know what this essay aims to explicate about the gender
discrimination in ethics, what ethics are and how ethical decisions are taken,
the importance of ethics in an organization.
So first thing first, Let us know what ‘ETHICS’ mean, it is
derived from Greek word called ethos which means customize, characterize, hepatize.
Ethics will cover the
following general dilemmas that:
how to customize a healthy
how to generalize our own
How to choose right successful
how to make our own right
and also of course about the
language of right and wrong
When we talk about the
ethics, no one is perfect. We all do have some sorts of weakness and some sorts
of temptations within us. We all do lot of unethical things in our day to day life
likes such as following shortcuts is one of the unethical thing. The theoretical
concepts of ethics were obtained from religions, philosophies and from cultures.
The approaches to ethics debates on the following topics like confining, rights
and professional conducts. Ethics will provide
us a moral map. The most of the moral issues today we gets are pretty worked up
are: you think of abortion, you think of for starters. Ethics are literally
emotional issues we often concern about and our hearts do always arguing while
our brains will just go with contextual flow. But again there’s another way of
handling these kinds of problems is where philosophers come in again.. The attention
demands the every individual employee to board of directors to think
about. Identifying all the personal as
well as corporate issues often leads to ethical behavior in the appropriate
workplace will always be healthy challenging one can get. Ethical issues depend
on the country aspects as well as the size of the organization too. For example
how large the organization is the more formal ethical conduct will follow.
Ethics can also pinpoint a
disagreement. But sometimes ethics may doesn’t always provide the people with
good sort of help they want. Searching for the limelight of what is right and
what is wrong, At times in the history some people may thought that
ethical problems could be solved in one of the two different ways. They are
by knowing what actually God
wanted people to do so
could be by thinking very
seriously about the morals and their problems
If a person who underwent
this sort of aspects properly then they could have fair amount of success
leading towards the right conclusion. But now even philosophers are completely
not sure whether is it possible to conclude a complete theory of ethics or that at least not one that leads to
conclusions. Ethics can also pinpoint a disagreement. In order to succeed in
any organization there are few ethical norms which one should always practice of
or one should always aware of. They are categorized into: clear cut expectations
for what is right and for what is wrong , behavioral needs like what you want
and what one doesn’t want, problems solving techniques as well and focusing on
skill building along with corrective feedback.
Modern thinkers always often
teach that their ethics leads people not to conclusions but to the ‘decisions’.
In this point of view, the role of ethics is very limited to clarifying ‘what’s
at stake’ in particular ethical problems. Ethical values always depend on
country to country. There might be significant differences in culture that
might leads to change in ethical behavior of that particular organization or
firm Philosophy can be very handy in helping to identify the range of ethical
methods, its conversations and the value of systems that it can be applied to a
particular problem. But after these things have made clear, cut vision that
each person must and should make their own individual decisions to what to do,
and then react appropriately to the on going consequences.
Finally, are ethical statements objectively true? Do
ethical statements provide conventional information about other than human
opinions and attitudes?
Ethical realists always think
that humans most often DISCOVER
ethical truths that already have an independent existence.
Ethical non-realists always think
that humans INVENT ethical truths.
The core problem for ethical
realists is that people always follow many different ethical codes and moral behavior.
So, if there are in real ethical truths out there then humans don’t seem to be
very good at discovering them.
To conclude it away; though
there are no single stake solution but the ethical properties of the world and
things in it are exist and remain the same as always regardless of what people
might think or feel about them at all.
