syndrome and other conditions can be the reason of obesity. Arthritis, a
medical problem, which lead to decreased activity, may result in weight gain.
In addition, some medications will lead to obesity if you don’t adjust through
diet or activities such as diabetes medications.

After that, the reasons that lead to obesity can
be really normal like quitting smoking or lack of sleep. Giving up smoking is
often associated with weight gain. Once you begin to quit it, your appetite
will be changed too.However, quitting smoking is still better than continuing
to smoke. Some researchers have shown that not getting enough sleep or too much
sleep can cause changes in hormones that increase you taste.

Even if you have one or more of these risk
factors, it doesn’t mean that you’re obese. You can adjust it by exercising and
through diet.
